Repairman and receptionist lied on numerous occasions. There is absolutely no way I would ever allow them back on my properties.
Even the repairs, were poorly done. They were to replace drain lines. When the next plumber arrived, I was told only part of the lines were replaced and what was left was leaking!
They will lie, cheat, and leave your home in worse condition than when you called.
Horrible ppl rude and unprofessional to say the least. Work had to be redone, if I could give negative stars I would GLADLY! !!
If you are looking for a plumber that will leave your plumbing in worse condition than when they arrived, then this company is for you. Problems are too numerous to list. First visit, did nothing but complain. Next appointment was a “no show”. When I called was told it was too cold and raining to work. Repair was under house! On the next visit, started work, repairman ( if you can call him that)did not complete any of the work because he said he was tired. Next visit, did not have the needed parts, and in process of repairing the drain, he broke another line and left it that way.
great customer service, fair prices. Clyde was honest with us, he answered our questions, took time out of his weekend in the rain to help us... really great guy would recommend to anyone needing plumbing services!
