Nothing wrong with Lisa, the store manager nor anyone else at this location. I work in customer service as well and many times, the difficult and unreasonable customers who expect everything are the biggest complainers when things don't go their way. I have found that many customers only want to get employees in trouble who are just trying to go by store policy and do their jobs. I have never had a bad experience at this store.
This store could not have been more helpful with our appliance purchase for a new home. Thanks to all!
This store and Ms. Outlaw really helped me. I needed a newer dishwasher rack, a brand new one was $150.00! That is half the price of a NEW machine. She truly helped me out with a RECYCLED one. Excellent Customer Service.
Not a good experience. Very difficult store manager. We raised our family in this area and have never been treated so rudely. I do not know what we did to upset the store manager, Lisa. It was an abrupt welcome back to SC after an 8 year absence. We have sent four children to college in this state and enjoyed living here after 22 years on active duty. Our experience with this Sears store has really effected our outlook and made us question our decision. The owner, Clay has yet to return my call. Thank you !
My husband posted earlier and now it's my turn. We are not hard to please but expect to get what we pay for. We paid to have our appliances delivered (dishwasher. Frig, gas range, exhaust unit, washer/dryer). Sears would not install the downdraft so we passed on the installation fee. The washer/dryer were not in the store when it was time to deliver. They had to be reordered because ours were resold by a sales person accidentally and had to be reordered. When the delivery truck arrived the driver was going to put my appliances in the driveway because the store manager made it clear he was not to set foot in the house. This was because I told her I did not expect to pay two delivery fees when it was Sears' fault the appliances were not all at the store. They had been kindly stored for us by the previous owner which didn't sit well with Lisa P., the manager. I called the store owner in Lexington who spoke directly to the driver. Of course, the appliances came into the kitchen. The reason for the one star rating is due to the repeat performance when the washer/dryer were delivered a week or so later. This time the owner was unavailable and my husband, recently home from an over night stay at the Palmetto Heart Center had to get them up the back steps by himself in the 100 degree heat without a dolly like the driver had at his disposal. The owner has yet to return my call. Small towns deserve competent AND caring service, not vindictive pettiness. Get.a.new.manager.
