I recently rented a 15-passenger van from the Lugoff Enterprise for our Softball Team to travel to Orlando, FL for the World Series. I am actually from the Lexington/Columbia area, but this was the ONLY Enterprise location that was willing to go above and beyond to meet our budget and travel dates. I can not Thank You all enough for making this trip possible for our Team. We will definitely return for our rental needs in the future!

When I got to the local office, they did not have the type vehicle I had reserved. They told me that I could go to the next city, approximately 25-30 miles away and get the type vehicle I wanted. I didn't have a way. I had to wait a couple of hours for them to get me a vehicle. Then, I had to wait for them to clean it. I got no consideration for my inconvenience.
